The content of the Aviation Legislation Continuation Course is to give you the overview over the latest regulation changes on all areas of regulation, that are important for a person working in maintenance, airworthiness or training activities.
Firstly gives some refresher regarding the whole Part-145 regulation, which is the centre of aviation maintenance. Further on explains the important relations between maintenance, airworthiness and training activities that are must to know for anyone who works in the spheres of aviation maintenance.
For Maintenance organizations it briefly explains the implementation of the Safety Management Systems (SMS) and the latest Part-IS (Information Security), which plays a huge part also in CAMO and Operations areas. Both nowalties are very influential and bring a lot of changes in Maintenance organizations, to operators and CAMO organizations.
For Training organizations and for all licensed personnel the big news is the introduction of the new license sub-category – B1.E. B1.E license is from February 2026 applicable for all certifying staff and support staff working on electrically powered airplanes.
